Invalid Address
If you have moved and have not updated your address please do so. We
will no longer wave these charges from U.P.S. ANY LONGER. We have been getting charged $10.00 per box per address, from now on YOU will be charged for this. Update your address!
Refused Delivery
If for any reason you decide you do not want your order, are not home, dog died, car stolden, no money, ect and your order comes back to us. YOU will be charged the following:shipping to your address, shipping back to Burto products and a 25% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Order Not Processed
Means if you place a order on this site and do not call with your credit card your name and address will be deleted from the site and you will be placed in the LOOSER FILE. You will not be able to place orders again.
